ich hatte wegen dem in Game fehlenden September Subscriber Flair "Sawtooth Sirocco knife" mal
ein Support Ticket geoeffnet.

In kuerze zusammengefasst:
- ist bekannt
- wird untersucht
- noch unklar warum
- keine timeline fuer einen fix
- char reset hilft (aller vorraussicht nach) nicht
- solange es im "My Hangar" ist wird es schon noch irgendwann auftauchen

We're currently
investigating the issue with some of our backers not being able to
access the Sirocco Combat Knife in game. I really appreciate you
contributing to the Issue Council about this issue, since that helps our
QA and development teams gather the latest player input and find a fix.
We're unable to provide a time-frame or ETA for a fix,
but we'll post any updates about the status of the issue on the Issue Council report and/or to Spectrum.
Unfortunately, we're unable to manually correct this issue through RSI Support, and it's unlikely that a Character Reset
would be successful in retrieving this knife at this time. However, I
want to reassure you that it's not permanently lost. As long as it's
attributed to your account and can be viewed in your Hangar on our
website, you'll be able to access it in the future in-game.
